Last summer I attended a seminar on Livelihood Skills development Program. I learned several things like how to make bells out of jelly ace. The materials needed are empty jelly ace, glue stick, glitters, needle and thread gold string, pair of scissors, ribonnette and glue gun.
Procedure:
1. Wash and clean empty jelly ace;
2. Keep it dry;
3. Attach the holder;
4. varnish with glue;
5. Sprinkle with glitters;
6. Decorate with christmas accessories
